She also treats age-related spaces and dark "black triangles" between the teeth. Depending on the cause and severity, Dr. Zhang may use conservative or minimally invasive treatment options to reduce or close these spaces. Treatment can help create a younger-looking smile while also reducing food trapping and improving oral hygiene.

Dr. Jonathan Ho is an experienced general dentist providing comprehensive care for both children and adults. He received his dental degree from New York University College of Dentistry and completed advanced residency training at Nassau University Medical Center.

Dr. Ho previously served as a dental attending at Mount Sinai's Institute for Advanced Medicine, caring for patients with complex medical needs. His hospital-based experience strengthened his ability to provide thoughtful, safe, and well-coordinated dental care, especially for patients with medical conditions, multiple medications, or concerns about dental treatment. He takes time to understand the whole patient, not just the teeth, before recommending care.

Dr. Ho's clinical expertise includes routine and surgical extractions, erupted wisdom tooth removal, bone grafting, molar root canal treatment, crowns and bridges, removable dentures, dental implant restorations, implant-retained overdentures, All-on-X restorations, cosmetic dentistry, and pediatric dental care.

With training in digital dentistry, including iTero, TRIOS, Medit, and CAD/CAM scanning, Dr. Ho uses modern technology to improve treatment planning, accuracy, and patient comfort. He is committed to clear communication, continuity of care, and personalized treatment based on each patient's individual needs.

Nicky Joe Ly, RDH

Nicky Joe Ly is a highly experienced and dedicated registered dental hygienist known for his professional, gentle, and thorough approach to patient care. He carefully cleans the teeth, evaluates and cares for the gums, and provides periodontal maintenance and scaling and root planing, commonly known as deep cleaning, for patients with gum disease.

What truly sets Nicky apart is his commitment to patient education. Most patients visit their hygienist only once or twice a year, but plaque continues to build up between appointments. Professional cleaning is important, but maintaining healthy teeth and gums depends greatly on what patients do at home every day.

Nicky takes the time to identify areas that are being missed and teaches each patient how to brush, floss, and clean between the teeth more effectively. His recommendations are personalized to the patient's gum condition, dental restorations, implants, and individual oral-health needs.

His goal is not only to provide a thorough cleaning, but also to give patients the knowledge and skills they need to prevent cavities, control gum disease, protect their teeth, and maintain a healthy, confident smile for years to come.
